We understand that you would like to use your dental insurance to help defray the costs of your treatment. We care for patients from many different companies; however, we are not a preferred provider for any insurance company.
Each company pays an insurance premium for specific coverage, and each plan is slightly different in its covered services. We encourage you to become familiar with your policy exclusions, deductions and required copayments. Our dentists and team strive to assist you in maximizing your dental insurance benefits. We submit your insurance claims online for faster processing times, and we will be happy to follow up with your insurance company, as needed.
If your insurance company has not paid their portion within 75 days, you will be responsible for paying the balance in full at that time

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, checks, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), CareCredit and Lending Club.
CareCredit, Lending Club, Proceed Finance and Scratchpay are outside financing options that offer low or no interest payment plans to accommodate your financial situation.
